With the continuous progress and development of the market, in the management of engineering projects, it is necessary to combine modern technology to carry out overall work strategies to achieve refined management of engineering projects. At present, due to the imperfect market system, there are too many problems at each project site, and the communication between the construction party and the enterprise is not in place, resulting in a serious phenomenon of low overall management efficiency. Therefore, when carrying out waterproof and antiseepage construction in civil engineering, it is necessary to pay attention to planning the overall work and realize the refined management of engineering projects.
